Do you remember the detective TV show Columbo?  Columbo was an unassuming homicide detective who built rapport with his suspects.  His questioning was direct but wasn’t confrontational.  Columbo would be as courteous as possible as he gathered information.  You can be a Columbo when it comes to sales too.  In this installment of the Selling For Life Podcast, Al shares the Columbo Sales technique, and also shares a story about his bout with pneumonia!
