In a results driven world, the one in a million can get lost.  What are you more interested in?  Results or people?  If you say people, you may not have the results in you want, or will you?  When you are doing anything, professionally or personally, remember everything you do affects people.  Although the small things you do may not seem to be making much difference, remember, you could be doing something for that one in a million.  If you attitude is helping people and not just the bottom line, chances are you are going to be a blessing to way more than just one in a million.
