In this episode we examine the “D” in the DISC profile.  A dominant person has specific needs when it comes to communication.  It will improve your relationships with a “D” person tremendously if you learn what to do and not to do when it comes to how they see the world.  Al and Steve talk about that and share their experiences with “D” personalities!  A couple profile resources ConEquip uses to evaluate people are from Disc Profile and TTI Metrics, both are a great place to start if you want to discover your own personality trait or how to better communicate with others with differing personality traits from your own.  It’s a valuable tool not only for the purpose of improving sales, but improving relationships with virtually anyone in your life.
