The last time around we maybe had a little too much fun with role playing. This time, we get serious and secretly call one of our internal employees to see how they handle objections to a sales call. Al plays a customer from Canada named Devon. Parts specialist Ben Clarke is put on the spot. How will he handle “Devon’s” objections?!
